The project was carried out following a particular project management with Gantt charts that allowed us to complete the different tasks in time. This is necessary to allow the group to see its pgogress in the long term and continue to stick to the deadlines.

Project management
Under the CellA7 project, project management is necessary for the proper conduct of it. This method must update different diagrams in order to take down the various tasks and stick to the limits.
Our project management will be illustrated by:
- a list of stakeholders
- a task diagram
- a product arborescence
- a picture of consistency between the two previous charts cited
- a responsibility assignment matrix
- Gantt charts projected and real
The stakholders list allows to keep an history of the different contacts for the realization of the project. It is the "external relations" who make it.
The tasks organigram shows all the tasks made during the semester.
Arborescence project lists all the deliverables.
The picture of consistency between the two arborescences and the organizational tasks match a deliverable with a task. One task can be linked to several deliverables
The responsibility assignment matrix indicates who is responsible for which task. An official "service" is not necessarily responsible for all tasks grouped in a service. However, it should monitor the progress and ensure that these tasks are carried out to completion.
